We believe getting your gear shouldn't be a hassle. Whether you’re heading out on a weekend hike or just grabbing coffee, we want to make sure your North Wolf apparel reaches you as smoothly as possible.

Free Shipping (USA Only)

We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. No minimums, no surprises at checkout—just gear delivered straight to your door.

Processing & Production

Because each item is printed specifically for you when you order, our process is split into two parts:

• Production Time: It typically takes 2–5 business days to print and quality-check your items.

• Shipping Time: Once your order leaves the facility, standard shipping usually takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Total estimated time from order to doorstep: 5–12 business days.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is on its way, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking information to update once the label has been created.

International Shipping

At this time, we primarily focus on our domestic community. For shipping inquiries outside of the US, please contact us directly for a custom shipping quote and estimated delivery times.

Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us immediately. Once an order has entered the production phase, we may not be able to change the destination address.
