At North Wolf, we want you to be geared up and ready for your next adventure. Because our items are printed specifically for you when you place an order, we have a tailored return policy to help you get the right fit while keeping our process sustainable.
Size & Style Exchanges
We understand that sometimes the fit isn't quite right or you decide a different design suits you better. We are happy to offer exchanges for:

Incorrect Size: If the fit isn't what you expected.

Style Swap: If you’d like to exchange your item for a different hoodie or design of equal value.
Please Note: To initiate an exchange, reach out to us within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in their original, unworn, and unwashed condition.
Final Sale Policy
Because each piece is made to order, we cannot accept returns or refunds for "change of mind" or accidental orders where an exchange is not requested. Once a custom order is placed and printed, the sale is final unless the item is defective or an exchange is needed.
Defective or Damaged Items
While we strive for perfection, we know things happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from shipping, we’ve got your back.
To start a claim:

Email us within 14 days of delivery.

Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the defect/damage.

Once verified, we will issue a full refund or send out a replacement at no cost to you—whichever you prefer.
Lost in Transit
If your tracking shows your package was delivered but you can't find it, or if it has been stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time, please reach out. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make sure you aren't left hanging.
