Returns & Exchanges

At NORTHWOLF, we want you to love what you wear. However, because our items are printed specifically for you when you place an order, we handle returns a little differently than traditional stores.

The "Custom-Made" Policy

Since we don’t keep a warehouse of pre-printed stock, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size selection (Please double-check our size charts before ordering!)

  • Accidental orders

By producing items on demand, we reduce waste and ensure each piece is made just for you. Because of this personalized process, we cannot resell items that are returned.

Defective or Damaged Items

While we strive for perfection, we know things happen. If your order arrives with a manufacturing defect, printing error, or damage from shipping, we’ve got your back.

To start a claim:

  1. Email us within 14 days of delivery.

  2. Include your Order Number and a clear photo of the defect/damage.

  3. Once verified, we will send out a replacement at no cost to you or issue a full refund—whichever you prefer.

Lost in Transit

If your tracking information shows that your package was delivered but you can't find it, or if it has been stuck in transit for an unusual amount of time, please reach out to us. We’ll investigate with the carrier and make sure you aren't left hanging.
